OUR VOLLEYBALL PLAYERS VISIT KOCAOĞLU   Our team, which finished the 2005-2006 Season as champion of the Turkish Men's Volleyball League, visited Aziz Kocaoğlu, Mayor of Greater Izmir Municipality. Those participating in the visit included Bernard Arcas, Vice President of Arkas Sports Club, Mario Sponza, Head of the Volleyball Department, Yaşar Ergün, General Coordinator, Bahadır Osman, Foreign Relations Supervisor, Press Secretary Uğur Özden and the team members. Kocaoğlu wished Arkas Sports success in the next season and said, "You have truly become the pride of Izmir on the volleyball court and have made our hearts swell with pride. You have represented Izmir in the best possible way. I wish you continued success." Our volleyball players presented Aziz Kocaoğlu with an Arkas Sports team uniform with his name on it and Aziz Kocaoğlu presented a plaque to Bernard Arcas, our club's Vice President.
